Deliver programs supporting the Wiradjuri community and beyond Deliver programs to help break the Intergenerational trauma cycle which results in high incidence of men connecting to the justice system and normalizing behavior that is not traditional of the Wiradjuri people.

Connecting to culture, respect via grassroots, community led programs facilitated by those with lived experience, energized by hope and positive pathways.

Give people a go when no one else will especially with employment as an outcome

Achieving our purpose

Deliver Wiradjuri cultural learning in a culturally appropriate environment to Wiradjuri people and visitors

Getting several different incomes from business, sponsorship, grants, philanthropic organizations

Accessing training and assistance through local organizations, others doing good work in this space

Learn from similar operations and experiences elsewhere, grow ourselves, our capability and pass on knowledge

Employ contractors to assist with administration, bookkeeping, marketing, customer experience and mentoring

Be vigilant for opportunities to ensure sustainability by learning , networking ,listening and taking action

Ensure financial and operational sustainability through sound financial management and sound operating procedures
